Isabel Penne (president)
Isabel has more than 35 years of experience in friendraising (coordinator of alumni activities) and fundraising (director of University Fund) at KU Leuven. After a reorganisation, she was assigned a new position in 2019. Since 2020 she is sharing her expertise in fundraising through Isabel Penne Consultancy as a secondary profession. Isabel held many positions with CASE (Council for the Advancement and support of Education). She is co-founder and president of Fundraisers Belgium.

Ilja De Coster (vice-president)
Ilja De Coster is senior fundraising consultant and fundraising data strategist. For over 20 years he has been supporting the fundraising of several large and small organizations (e.g. Sensoa, Amnesty International, …) . Since january 2017 he is Fundraising Data Strategist at DonorVoice.

Jeroen Brugge (treasurer)
Jeroen Brugge has over 30 years of experience in the private sector and organisations such as Plan International, Oxfam Fairtrade, 11.11.11., Natuurpunt etc. Today, Jeroen works as a Fundraising Expert for 11.11.11. and as a consultant for non- and social profit organisations which he guides towards a performing marcom and fundraising strategy, preferably linked to implementation. As a member of the board of the Fundraisers Belgium, he focuses mainly on developing a solid training offer, bringing professionals together and lobbying for the organisation with numerous social, political and economic actors.

Steven De Loof (board member)
Steven De Loof had an experience of over 20 years as a private banker and philantropic expert for several banks. Since 2020 he became a self employed fundraiser and strategy advisor for non-profit organisations. He now works in main assignment for Pelicano Foundation.

Koen Van Den Broeck (board member)
Koen Van Den Broeck has been active in the non-profit sector for over thirty years in organisations such as Amnesty International, Médecins Sans Frontières, Handicap International, SAGO and VELT. He was also an independent consultant in communications consultancy for non-profits for a long time. Since 2016, he has been in charge of communications and fundraising at Straatverplegers-Infirmiers de rue.

Luk Daniëls (board member)
Luk Daniëls has been active in nature conservation for 45 years as a volunteer and 32 years as a professional. After 13 years within the Jeugdbond voor Natuur en Milieu (JNM), where he was, among other roles, National Chairman for 2 years, he started working as a policy officer at Natuurreservaten vzw. After a year, he took on the challenge of building a region-wide network of local branches for Natuurreservaten vzw in Flanders. After establishing 96 branches, this local operation became the basis for the merger with 'de Wielewaal' into the current Natuurpunt in 2001. Since 2011, Luk has been leading the new 'marketing department' at Natuurpunt, which was tasked with diversifying and significantly growing the revenues.
Manu Van Roosbroeck (board member)
Manu began his career in fundraising as a street fundraiser, first at DDF and later at Greenpeace. At Greenpeace, he quickly advanced and gained extensive experience in various aspects of fundraising over 10 years. Since 2019, he has been the Coordinator of Fundraising and Communication at Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen.

Mieke Willems has been the Fundraising Manager at Stichting tegen Kanker since 2022. She previously worked for Oxfam Belgium as the Director of Fair Trade. Before that, she was mainly active in the media and banking sectors as a marketing professional.
