Fundraisers Alliance Belgium (FAB), the trade association for Belgian fundraisers, is collaborating with the HOGENT on a study that will map out fundraising by Belgian non-profit organisations. The study will take place in the autumn of 2020. The results are expected in the spring of 2021.
For eight years, HOGENT has been conducting a study on fundraising at Belgian non-profit organizations. In 2015 they published 'Fundraising for Belgian non-profit organizations' (Eef Scheerlinck, Ann-Sophie Bouckaert, Joke Persyn, Tine Faseur and Ilja De Coster).
In the year 2020, FAB and HOGENT want to work in a joint project group to update the previously published research, but also to enrich it with new insights and findings.

FAB en HOGENT brengen fondsenwerving door Belgische non-profit in kaart
Fundraisers Alliance Belgium (FAB), de vakvereniging voor Belgische fondsenwervers, werkt samen met de HOGENT een onderzoek uit die de fondsenwerving door Belgische non-profitorganisaties in kaart zal brengen. Het onderzoek zal plaatsvinden in het najaar van 2020. De resultaten worden verwacht in het voorjaar van 2021.
Al acht jaar voert HOGENT een onderzoek naar fondsenwerving bij Belgische non-profit organisaties. In 2015 publiceerden ze ‘Fondsen werven voor Belgische non-profitorganisaties’ (Eef Scheerlinck, Ann-Sophie Bouckaert, Joke Persyn, Tine Faseur en Ilja De Coster).
Anno 2020 willen FAB en HOGENT in een gezamenlijke projectgroep werk maken van een update van het eerder gepubliceerde onderzoek, maar het ook verrijken met nieuwe inzichten en bevindingen.
